Shelle has been training students in the performing arts for over 30 years. As Artistic Director of 'Conroy Dance Centre' she has guided the development and careers of performance students with many pursuing professional careers in the performing arts industry throughout Australia and internationally. Former students are performing throughout the world in Musical Theatre, commercial dance, movies, theme parks and cruise ships.
Shelle's choreography for children's television in Australia has included 'New MacDonald's Farm', 'Toybox' and 'Pipsqueaks' for Beyond International and the 7 Network. As creator and choreographer of the Comdance (CSTD) Modern Jazz Syllabus, her work has been instrumental in the training of thousands of students throughout the world who are currently taught and examined in this syllabus.
Shelle also works on the creative team for international ceremonies and events. Her work as a Mass Cast Choreographer includes London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies, Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies, Baku 2015 European Games, Formula 1 Grand Prix Opening Ceremony 2016, Ashgabat 2017 Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games Opening & Closing Ceremonies, 2022 Queen's Jubilee Pageant (London)

Summer is a highly respected teacher throughout QLD and also enjoys free-lancing interstate to choreograph and mentor. She works alongside several RTO's training and assessing dancers who are studying dance related subjects within Certificate qualifications, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas.

Kate runs and manages her own Performing Arts, Acro & Aerial studio on the Sunshine Coast - 'Beats Per Minute Performing Arts'. With over 22 years' experience, Kate has trained students from the age of 2 years to professional. Many of Kate's former students have pursued professional careers Internationally. Aleisha Rose

Aleisha is a fully trained dancer across multiple genres including classical, commercial jazz, musical theatre, lyrical and tap. She worked professionally as a dancer with the Walt Disney Company, and in 2011 began to focus on acting and was accepted into NIDA, Australia's premiere acting school. From there, Aleisha landed her first television role as a host on Channel 7's 'Lab Rats Challenge'. Aleisha continued her acting training in Sydney before joining the Fox Film Co. production of 'The Wolverine' in 2012. She was then offered a lead role in 'Toybox' for the Seven Network. Aleisha continued her studies at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, and in 2014 was cast as 'Tarren', a lead role in the feature film 'Arrowhead'. Aleisha recently wrapped production as 'Chrissy' in the Australian Feature 'Burns Point' and 'Anita in Stranded Pearl' She recently starred as 'Eileen' in Finesse Burlesque at La boîte Theatre and at The Star.

Singing
Sue has worked extensively in Australian music theatre for three decades as pianist, repetiteur and Musical Director – including Australian tours of “Deep Bells Ring, ” “I Do, I Do” and “Menopause the Musical”. She was M.D. for Melbourne’s sell-out seasons of “Jacques Brel” and it’s cast recording, along with various other successful cabarets and musicals in Melbourne. As well as her work as a performer, Sue worked in Melbourne as a tutor and Musical Director for Victorian tertiary music theatre courses (V.C.A., National Theatre School), Vic State Opera, and as a collaborator in the creation of original music theatre works. Since her return to Brisbane Sue has continued to work as a vocal coach, freelance pianist and musical director. She has M.D’d shows for the Brisbane Cabaret Festival, toured for the Qld Arts Council, and is sought after as audition pianist for cruise lines and national touring productions. Sue works often at QPAC playing for and coaching musicals, and collaborating on new local music theatre works. She is currently continuing her interest in educating tertiary students in music theatre skills and is happy to be associated with the talented full-timers at Conroys.
